Baseball is a game built on short, explosive bursts of movement. At Xpress, our speed and explosiveness training focuses on developing the quickness and power athletes need to perform at a high level during game situations.

Our program emphasizes the importance of the first step, which is critical for base running, fielding range, and defensive reaction time. Players are trained to develop efficient movement patterns so they can apply their speed effectively while maintaining proper body control. Athletes also learn how to use their energy and speed strategically, allowing them to move explosively when needed while maintaining endurance throughout the game.
