Arm Care & Injury Prevention

Protect your arm with proper mechanics, warm-up routines, and structured recovery.

Overview

At Xpress, we place a strong emphasis on arm care, injury prevention, and proper throwing mechanics. Maintaining a healthy arm is essential for long-term success in baseball, and our program focuses on helping athletes build strength while protecting the joints and muscles involved in throwing.

Players are taught the importance of efficient throwing mechanics, proper warm-up routines, and structured recovery practices to reduce the risk of overuse injuries. Our arm care program focuses on strengthening the muscles that support the shoulder, elbow, and surrounding structures involved in the throwing motion.

Training Goal

The goal of this program is to help athletes develop strong, healthy arms while improving throwing performance and durability. Training focuses on building shoulder stability, scapular control, and proper arm strength, while also emphasizing protocols that support elbow health and overall arm recovery.

By developing proper arm care habits and strengthening key areas of the body, players can improve performance, reduce injury risk, and extend their longevity in the game of baseball.
